Other amenities for members include vertical tanning beds, group fitness classes, child care, a smoothie bar, and a coffee bar.
Feedback: Great gym with everything I need and more. It's very spacious, clean and well-equipped. I never have to wait for any machines or weights. There are plenty of TV screens in front of every cardio machine. In addition, there is a smaller lady's only gym space with cardio and weight training machines which I think is very thoughtful. I also attended a couple of the group exercise classes, enjoyed them as well. Lastly, the change room is big and clean with more than enough lockers and 3 shower stalls.

Feedback: Super awesome staff who are passionate about what they do and helping people reach their goals. It's not a stuck-up place where only in-shape, athletic people go; it's literally for everybody. Workouts are total body and accessible to all levels. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a gym to get fit and have fun at, especially if you're over the giant corporate gyms. Buying local also means supporting places like this, where they actually care about you and not numbers/sales. Keep doing what you're doing KO!

Feedback: The Colosseum is awesome. Everyone who trains here is pretty hardcore. All the personal trainers are very qualified and very accomplished in their respective completions/fields (Caesar is especially great, get if you want to get jacked!!!). Also, because everyone is so serious here and are focused on their personal goals, as a female this is the only gym in my experience where I haven't felt harassed or bothered--so it's for sure a great environment for anyone of any gender or age to train at. The equipment is great, the service is great, the facilities are great--all around this is an excellent gym!

The staff is very friendly and the members are chill professionals and respectful of one another. I never have to wait to use equipment and have never exercised somewhere so beautiful. I appreciate the gender neutral restrooms and the private shower rooms. I haven't taken any classes yet, but they look like fun and the instructors walking around are enthusiastic and seem knowledgeable. Great neighborhood feel and so happy to find a LGBTQ friendly environment so close to home.
