Feedback: My family has known Dr. Nguyen for 10 years (since my daughter was born). She has always treated everyone in my familychildren, their grandparents, uswith great compassion, skill, and respect. She is always patient and humorous; she is excellent at gaining the trust of kids and everyone alike. She listens and shares important information that is not just medical. Her approach is holistic; I like her discussions on nutrition, sleep, and emotional growth that are directed to both kids and parents. She is prompt in returning phone calls. As a fellow doctor, I feel extremely fortunate to have found her! Kudos to Dr. Nguyen!!!

Feedback: I loooooove Doctor Sullivan! I have two young toddlers and have leaned on her for many, many things. I struggled with some issues myself post part with my first and she never dismissed or was alarmed by my anxiety (most doctors write me off, Im not the best communicator). She helped me tremendously and knew she was the right fit after spending so much time with ME with my first those initial two months. The second had terrible colic, wouldnt gain weight or grow for almost 6 months. I cried every week at weigh-ins and just the exhaustion of it all and she always comforted me. Its amazing she is so spot on, perfect to child development needs of the child related fears, and even reading my children from a mile away. I couldnt recommend her more highly. She also made a point to visit me daily with my second in the hospital, even though it was her day off.

After he came by often to check on my baby. All these years later anytime my son has a follow up, the doctor always says that Dr. Slack did an excellent job. My son is 14 now and doing great. Feedback: Dr. Rafei come in within 3 minutes of the nurse leaving. He came in and asked questions of my son (since hes 16 and can answer on his own). Dr. Rafei looked to me for additional information and confirmation regarding what my son said. He treated my son age-appropriately (some pediatricians dont think about the fact that my son isnt five). Dr. Rafei immediately diagnosed the problem and gave us the prescription right there in the office! No waiting at the pharmacy with a sick kid!!! What a great experience. Known for providing country care in the inner city, he started an urgent-care facility called Life Care Plus in his neighborhood, where many patients are uninsured. He has started multiple programs to help his community including Race to Read, Dont Sit-Get Fit, and Straight Talk from Dr. Z. He serves as a member of the Baltimore City Childcare Workers Literacy board and UNCs Board of Visitors.

Feedback: Ive known Dr. Z for quite some time. His compassion for his patients young and old is unbelievable. Dr. Z will go out of his way to help any and everyone. I had a situation where my brother had been seeing a doctor for 4 years with a skin condition and each time he saw this doctor he did absolutely nothing to clear up my brothers skin. I spoke with Dr. Z about my brother and he told me to take pictures and text them to him. When I got to work the next day, Dr. Z informed me of what was wrong with my brothers skin and sent him prescriptions to the pharmacy to help him. All I can say is that my brother is thankful for Dr. Z and has stopped going to that primary care doctor that apparently knew nothing. I will say thank you Dr. Z for all that you do for everyone.
