Feedback: We got to this restaurant usually once a week. Pizza is fantastic and their salads are also one of our favorites. The servers and bartenders treat you like you are Cheers. Appetizers are delicious with a few of their changing variety Ed of Beers on draft. One of our favorites

2. RockSalt Grille

About: The only thing better than their crab cakes is the service. This tavern serves sandwiches, steaks and seafood, including Westminsters only raw bar. Part of Main Streets growing dining scene, RockSalt has a relaxed, casual atmosphere for the whole family. It is no wonder this destination is included on the Maryland Crab and Oyster Trail.

Feedback: In town for a college tour at McDaniel. Went to grab an early dinner. Showed up around 4:30 and got sat right away. My son had the RockSalt Burger and he said it was great. My wife and I split a dozen oysters and crab dip. Oysters were excellent and fresh. The crab dip was good. Would definitely go back, the rest of the menu had many choices.

3. Uncle's Hawaiian Grindz

Chef Chee was born and raised in Oahu in a family with multigenerational ties to traditional Polynesian, Hawaiian and Asian cooking techniques, guaranteeing an authentic experience. His menu is located where traditional Hawaiian, modern Asian, southern comfort food, and farm-driven foods work together to create a beautifully unusual mix of flavors and ingredients that can only be described as Uncles.

Feedback: The restaurant is locally sourced and you can definitely tell how fresh everything is. We ordered the spam musubi, salmon poke, and the Aunties plate. The musubis were huge. The spam was cooked perfectly and the light crunch in their house made sauce was so good. Aunties plate was an entree sampler. Highly recommend ordering this if you want to try a little bit of everything.

The menu is more traditional though, offering the typical breakfast menu. The colorful atmosphere and tasty comfort food attract a diverse crowd, from yuppies to punk rockers.

Feedback: What a fantastic spot! I was so excited to see that they had outdoor seating that gave us service almost immediately. The menu was rather expansive with lots of breakfast options. Kind of wish they had some cocktails as welllooking at their menu creativity, I would love to see what they can accomplish. I went with a chorizo omelet with avocado. Honestly, the big hit here was the potatoes that came with it. They were so perfectly seasoned, I would have made a whole meal out of it. As for the omelette, it was PACKED with meat, so very excited there. Overall, fantastic spot and will definitely return!
